A time range listed means that a teacher has designated that time to help students, either via email or Google Meet. For students desiring to meet virtually, an email request is necessary unless prior arrangements have been made to establish a routine meeting date and time.
The designation of Appt means that a teacher can, with some advance notice (24 hours, please) meet with you virtually. The designation of Email means you can expect an reply to your email in a timely fashion.
Outside of these hours, you may email teachers, but please don't expect an immediate response; they may not respond until the next set of listed office hours.
