DON’T LET THE FLU GET YOU!
The Rice County Health Department will be at USD 376 on Tuesday, October 22. Jr high and high school students may get a flu shot during school if they have a completed consent form and a copy of their insurance card. Your insurance will be filed and any remainder will be billed to the parent. The cost of the flu vaccination is $40. Grade School students need a parent present to receive the flu vaccination. The Health Department will be in the Grade School art room giving immunizations after school from 3:30-4:30. Parents may also receive a flu vaccination at this time.
