Dental screenings for Sterling Grade School will be held February 25-27.
Prairie Star Health Center will also offer additional services. Teeth cleanings, sealants and fluoride treatments will be available. To participate in these additional services, we need a completed consent turned into the office. This is a terrific opportunity to get preventative dental services. Prairie Star will bill all insurances for additional services. Consent forms are attached and are also available in the office. Turn consent forms into the office by February 18. Please fill out the appropriate form and turn it into the office if you do not want your child to participate in the screenings.
